Neurobehavior Link is led by Simone Mazilu- M.A., BCBA, BCCS, LBA- I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist (BCCS), bridging the gap between Applied Behavior Analysis and cognitive and neurobehavioral adaptation.
Fueled by a passion for neuroscience, I incorporate Precision Teaching (a specialized methodology in ABA that targets skill fluency) to harness the brain's capacity for neuroplasticity and fluent learning. Rather than simply teaching a skill, this approach ensures individuals can retain, recall, and apply functional abilities with natural automaticity in their everyday lives. Through this approach, I leverage neuroplasticity to strengthen neural pathways.
My clinical journey spans every stage of life--from early intervention for toddlers to memory care units in assisted living facilities/adult group homes. I bring a unique, holistic perspective to therapy. This broad experience reinforces my core belief: no matter where someone is on their journey, meaningful progress, autonomy, and skill development are always within reach.
My goal is to help make progress measurable and achievable for you!
