Private-pay clients are welcome and an itemized monthly superbill can be provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. For in-network coverage, all prior authorization requests are handled directly with your insurer before therapy begins.

How long does the intake process take?

Initial preliminary inquiries are reviewed and an initial clinical consultation appointment will be scheduled.

After the complimentary consultation, overall intake timelines vary based on insurance authorization processing, but you will be informed every step of the way.

What happens after I submit the form?

Once your preliminary intake details are received, they will be reviewed, and you will be contacted within 2-3 business days to schedule a complimentary initial consultation.

From there, you will be guided through insurance verification, clinical assessment, and crafting your personalized care plan.
